EU Latency/Connectivity Issues [Deutsche Telekom/1&1]

I'm from Germany my ISP is O2 and I have these Lagspikes and Rubberbanding too.

Didn't play last league, but this league the problems only started about yesterday for me.

I've had enough these fu***ng lags, any other game (WoW, CS, Dota) work for me fine except Path of Exile since yesterday.

having this Problem only during Peaktimes in the evening. (basicly alwasy when i have time to play)

ISP: Telekom Gateway: Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Milan only Gateway which works is washington |

As every evening from 20:30 (GMT + 2) it's totally unplayable.

I had the lags at the start of synthesis and quit fairly early into the league. flashback league was fine, not a single day with lags. the first couple days of legion was also really smooth. and since yesterday it's almost unplayable again.
every other game is absolutely fine. isp is deutsche telekom, every gateway in eu seems to have the same problem. |

" Guys, don't disregard this piece of advice. I've switched to washington yesterday and experienced the first smooth gameplay in a while. Actually very playable with occasional (say, 1-2 an hour) rubberbanding. (Again, I'm from Germany, using Deutsche Telekom) Another thing: someone recommended trying a VPN. I haven't tried that yet but I might. Mew~
