Mostly seems ok. I see you are running Basalt and also have 14% recovery on belt which means you can get 20% attack speed from somewhere (unless you use onslaught flask normally). So get that coordinaton node and maybe attack speed with swords from jewels to fill in that 20% gap.

Also you have an empty jewel slot (unless it doesn't show on poe site)

And is your cold resistance the highest for the wise oak effect? Also craft life on that belt :P

How low does the damage seem to be exactly?

Edit: Also saw that you are running 2 frozen trails. You only need 1 so replace the 2nd with Crit Multi/ Increased Damage + Life jewel.

Without it the cyclone's crit chance drops from about 92% to about 73% (diamond flask included). Sure we could improve that further with some uniques or ice golem but then we decrease survivability.

Keep in mind that even if 73% crit + cold pen might be the same DPS as 92% without cold pen, we prefer to crit more often so that we can leech from our spells more reliably.

39 at HO seems about right.
Maximum power charges should get you to 65%.
cospri's 60% increased critical strike against chilled enemy doesnt show in the tooltip so it becomes 70%.
Then diamond flask doesn't show either and it makes it 91%, you are perfectly fine!

If you have 14+ cooldown yes. If not, 3 aps is optimal.

I only have 12% from my belt. So? And with the onslaught flask Im reaching 4.5 :S

How good is Frostbolt in Cospri's?

I was tempted to slot a 21 Arc in its place. I know I don't have +Lightning% from tree, but, Arc being Arc, probably still hits a lot.. and would clear up some trash that's straggling off to the side. Would also free up a gem slot for more Health and/or dmg.

Or, is Frostbolt too good to pass up?
