However in order to get 4 from the chest you need to put Spectre Gem in +3 helm along with lvl.4 Empower and Dual Wield some +1 wands. So you will have to switch Skellies back to body armour.
This way you will get:
Base 21 gem
+3 from Empower = 24
+2 from the Necromancer = 26
+2 from dual wielding = 28
+3 from the helm = 31.

but we don't know yet at what specific spectre gem level we get the third one?

Was wondering the same thing myself. Also was curious about the new support gems since the gems won't be PoB until next week.
