3.12 League Starter is out! PoE 3.12 - Spectre Summoner League Starter Build This build is designed for league start and solo-self found. No unique items are needed. It will take you from a fresh start to end game. The build is balanced for survivability and will work well in hardcore. It is also very flexible and you can easily customise it. I recommend Slave Driver for starting the league until we can test more spectres (especially Heist spectres!). So endgame bosses have 50% resist and we have EE to debuff -50%. Boss is now 0% res. All -res is like a more modifier. So you can compare: Damage support like Ele Focus = 49% more vs Elemental Pen = 32% more. But I think a big problem is most player just push DPS and they forget minion defense.
