technically can be done in the templar area (power and endurance charges, faith and steel, devotion) as long as you have enough points.

As a really newbie player (couple weeks) I'm kinda lost on the leveling. Does anyone have a more detailed guide I could use for this part?

Also a budget gear session with what stats to pick on each piece would really help.

Again, for experienced players its probably useless but for me it would help A LOT.

So what is the pros vs cons of running shield charge vs whirling blades. Shield charge is faster and i assume more tankier, do you have more damage with a 2nd dagger or scepter?

It's a second stat stick, damage will be much higher. You're exchanging defense for damage.
