Life leech comes from warlords mark and Atziri's Promise
- warlords mark can be put either with herald of lightning - curse on hit - warlords mark - blind(for extra defense) / cast when damage taken - warlords mark - immortal call - increase duration(or cold snap)
- when you have the currency get elder ring with warlords mark
- if you can live with less mana blasphemy - warlords mark

Sure, it can, but it won't be fast/fun... If you are looking for a lab farmer, use a lab farmer build?

Or are you just asking if this build can handle Uber Izaro on day one just to do it once? Then yes, of course.

in new pob guide you have MoM and Acro

its really necessary to have these 2 ?
or i can just go with acro and put these 4 points into HP instead of MoM

MoM is only an option. I have played this build in two leagues to 97+ each time. Not once did I take MoM. It just isnt worth it. I much prefer the options OP described in the gem section. Linking HoT with Blind and linking HoI with Ice Bite, Onslaught and Innervate. Or even go for a fourth Herald with HoP.

I played it ssf and found it worked fine without gloves, just run it until you find them imo.
So since the new tree has changed quite a bit, i have a few questions about it. In 3.4 you gave the option to ditch extra defences like acrobatics and extra duration cluster to take more hp/ damage.

Would you say dropping the acrobatics part in the new tree for more life/ crit would be possible for endgame( or better) or is that just asking to be oneshot every time?

And 1 more thing about inpulsa, when i take it off in PoB it wont show any effect in lower dps value, is that because it cant calculate on what monster it will be used( do you know, or what would you guess the damage difference with inpulsa or no inpulsa would be)

What should my gem setup be with that? Still somewhat new here.

the tree is balanced for the league content.

for endgame i'd still keep acro and invest heavily in jewels - something like that.
