Because even though it has reduced crit, you got so much crit otherwise that it will still have a high crit rate, and the more damage from controlled gives a big boost.

Anyone experimented much with herald of agony? I have been leveling with it and just now got to maps, it seems strong, but no real change to pick up MoM with it imo. A bit unsure if that will leave me too vulnerable in late maps/deep elves.

My current item atm . still saving for inpulsa and maybe upgrade some jewellery .

should i focus on life node after this? or jewel node??

the shaper's one in main hand. Is good to use two daggers instead of a dagger and a stat stick?

For this build use whatever weapons you want, as long as the stats and damage is good.

I prefer at least one dagger for the simple reason I can use whirling blades (with fortify, which is nice when going close to mobs). I like dual divinarius as well to start out with, well, after the initial price rush is going down, 20+ chaos for a divinarius is a total rip off, so right now I am using these:



They are pretty bad, but the build otherwise more than makes up for it in start of maps until you get some currency and farm going.

Wands, dagger, scepters, shields... it is all good as long as the damage and crit mods is there (physical as extra elemental is the best if you can get it). So don't worry too much about what weapons you use as long as the movement skill and mods are there :)

How are you getting 20 blades? what is giving you more than 10?

Herald of Agony doesn't do anything once you have full elemental conversion, as your elemental damage cannot poison.

This part got me really confused.

I'm also running this build and think we run controlled still because we will still crit sgnificantly even with the -100%. Blades hit every .13 seconds so you make up for that chance by quantity of hits. Add in that you should have max power charges most of the time you actually try, the downside becomes negligible.

Due to skill tree changed. I should follow skill tree in pastebin. Am i right?

I'm trying it out. First off, it's a 35% mana reserve gem, so you'll be cutting it real close on mana. Probably shouldn't use it with MoM. I haven't taken MoM yet, and I'm only in act 8. I really can't tell if it's helping or not. According to PoB, it only adds 6k damage to my total dps. A 6% increase or so. Again, i'm lower level.

Plus, is it known how this herald works with Elementalist? We really don't get any ascendency bonus from it.
