Why i dont see aspect of cat effect when i wear The Farrul's Fur

Hello you need the "Aspect of the Cat Skill" the Fur alone is not enough I have it as example on my belt ->
From the Farrul set the helmet has it -> https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Farrul%27s_Bite

Update: Shaper down, first try 2 deaths but they are very much my fault ;) here the video:

Learnings from that shaper run: I had small mana issues and I have to optimize this if I want to keep Herald of the Ash, I could take "Mana Flows" but that are 2 points just for mana :> so maybe I can get something on my amu or rings or I remove Ash again and put 2 points on the tree to dmg instead of "Druidic Rite"

I hope thats solid, the skill is rly not that bad but I would like to see a buff ofc so please keep bashing it :D

Update: Was able to do Hall of the Grandmasters and Vaal Temple, Atlas complete.

Im playing at the moment with Mana Flows and removed for that Druidic Rite, like that the manamanagement feels smooth again also vs bosses. Still I would prefer to fix this with gear but atm im ok with it like this.

You are running both Assasins mark and enfeeble. Don't care for the over-ride? i love this build but was finding my power charges were very inconsistent to stack so i took enfeeble of cwdt and put on increased duration.

How to you filter to search belt with cat skill? Thanks for answering
