85% block chance? Please Buff block reduced gem support.

With the new ascendancy reworks, It is now possible to get 85% block chance.
BCR known as the block chance reduction support gem is now obsolete in pvp for build using 2h setups.

You can craft dual bcr reduction with leo but 2h melee for example will only get 15% on it instead of the 30% from dual wielders .
Knowing how difficult it is to craft a good rare weapon, very rare are those 2h melee weapons who can still use the leo mod.

In the last years, scorching ray was used as swap to counter hard blockers. Granted SR was totally broken no excuse and was limit to be abusive even for swap utility.

However with the nerf of it in T-value, there is very little chance to beat 1h blockers now if you are using a 2h melee weapon. Even worse scenario when you face builds like those:

My thread is not to get those tank build nerfed as they add to the build diversity of dueling in poe but to give opportunity for other non abuse overlapping attack builds in particular 2h melee to be able to handle them.

I know you will soon make a round-up of skills and balance them a bit, so I am here simply to ask GGG if they can BUFF block chance reduction support a bit. I would think that what we get at level 25 (32%/32%) so a simple buff of 2% to penetration of block and a buff of 3% of penetration for dodge) we should get it at level 20.

TL/DR:
When you will look at gem skill balance in next patches, Look at BCR and maybe Make future level 20/20 bcr gem equivalent to level 25/20 (+2% block chance/+3 dodge chance) in order to cope with the new buffed block power in 3.2.

Yeah but there’s items and Gladiator passives that add to maximum block chance.

And as far as I’m aware, pvp doesn’t have a hard cap on block chance.
