You shouldn't measure your dps with ancestral call. Ancestral call should only be used for improving clearspeed and the boss-dps with that equipped doesn't matter. You will barely notice any difference between 500k vs 1000k ancestral call dps when you are clearing anyway.
Measure your dps with ruthless equipped.

As for avatar of the veil, it is your decision. The elemental ailment immunity is incredibly strong, but I would personally say that Avatar of the Chase is better in every other aspect. More damage, lots of evasion, attack and movement speed, etc. The only elemental ailment that is really annoying in my opinion, is freeze/chill, and those are easily countered with a flask.
Opal rings aren't necessary better just because they are opal. But if you compare an opal ring with any other ring and they both have the same stats, opal rings will always win.
That said, being maxed on resist and making sure you have enough life is always your number 1 priority.

I think it all seems solid. (why did you have fortify linked to your frost blades though? :p Changed it to ruthless)
Around 1.1m shaperdps without abyssus is nice. An abyssus with 40%FB would put you at 1.5mil. Might be worth considering one.
I would start looking for better rings. Don't get me wrong, the ones you have are really good, but there isn't really much else to improve on. :) Maybe a taste of hate?

Also, a better claw is always a goal. But the one you have is already really good. :p

My ring have 3 dps stat+hp+ressist if i change his for 4-th dps stat,need baza opal,and my resist crash.
taste of hate?Its botle?Which bottle should I replace with it?
Is everything OK in the skill tree? Or what needs to be changed?
