Someone posted earlier that there isn't really a set guideline for weapons, I'm currently using a ~500 dps kitava until i can get a disfavor and its working just fine albeit the melee splash goes to waste.

Channeling Skills deal 4% increased Damage per 10 Devotion

socket that into jewel slot in duelist area and you get 145devotion, super nice dps

Kitava's Feast is also a great option before you get a disfavour, but suffers single target damage due to the built in melee splash. Great for mapping though.

On rare weapons, prioritize phys damage/attack speed/Range. Crit/Accuracy is useless
