Retch damage is treated as reflected damage, so our brutality gem doesn't negate the chaos damage it deals. Retch damage cannot be scaled in any way other than what we leech. Because we're slayer, we never stop leeching, therefore, we never stop dealing damage to our enemy.

How come people are using arctic armor with cyclone? I read the gem and it wont work right?

The chilled ground would work but not the phys/fire mitigation. I don't recommend using it

Any idea what else to spend the rest of the mana on if im using vuln tombfists?

Vuln/enf are your main two curses priority. If you're using vuln on hit, then blasph+enf and haste or grace

Nice build.

Got about 6k life with this setup, currently running VP. Decided to run vuln and haste. This should be enough for red maps/guardians right? Changed the char from a lab farmer aw champion, so some items might not be optimal, what would you recommend upgrading first?

Also enemies don't lose hp at all when being near them (and being at full life) with retch, even if you are overleeching. Is there something wrong with the setup? Do you have to not be on full life for retch to work? Or is it some sort of instant damage?
