Spectres becomes beasts even before hitting the map, around 50s lvl, i guess. If they are dying, then you are clearly making the most common mistake - spectres level.

Check this:

1) Make sure that your desecrate is leveled up and can make corpses of lvl equal or higher than your current map.
2) Make sure that your raise spectre is leveled up and can make spectres of lvl equal or higher than your current map.
3) Go to the location where your spectres roaming - summon one for example.
4) Go with that spectre into the highest tier map that you can right now and resummon spectres there to get highest level.
5) ???
6) Profit

But i have some questions:

On the raise spectre 6 link, elemental focus gem wont prevent us to aplly ignite (and burning damage), making no sense put it together with burning damage support?

And im rolling only TV (and golems with elder/shaper helmet), there is an optimal six link setup exclusive for TV?

Ignite is ailment that apply burning damage, but not every burning damage is ignite. Specifically, both righteous fire of wickerman, and scourching ray totems of tukohama's vanguards are both damage over time burning damage, but they don't apply ignite.

I never had those issues when i hit maps. Is your desecrate high enough? Are you resummoning to get high enough? You get all the minion healing nodes in passive tree? You have resists maxed on mobs?

On a slightly different topic, but somewhat related. My AG is on a +1 glove with AG/Empower/Life/Melee splash with fortify leveling in off hand to swap for splash agains a tough boss. The AG helps vs crowds with the burning buff equipment from first post. I have my stone golem in the skull helmet, but the one of the expensive things I want to try are flame golems in a helmet I have with built in support for imolate/minion damage/life. Imolate is big damage boost against burning stuff. Against the specs, that’s everything. When I get there, will report how it is to farm.

Oh yeah, one more thing for Specs in tough things like abyss or breech. I kept casting decoy totem, bone offering and convocation (to heal). If I was in a safe spot, sometimes flesh offering for a quick offense boost. That casting not only protects you... but specs too a bit.

Fire penetration applies to hits. Neither TV, nor WM hits with their burning damage, it's damage over time. So no, it's not working.

If you are using hybrid build golemancer-like, then why you still didn't switched to flame golems? If you are not using it - it's useless to give high number of links to golem, who isn't aggresive enough without jewels.

desecrate. you spectres are 47 lvl.
