guys, what is the best choice between diamond ring or opal ring for this build?

I find myself stalling out a bit post t-13/t-14. Never done guardians before, having a far bit of trouble progressing and not dying in end-game content. Can anyone give me some advice?

What leveling shield would you guys recommend? I'm using a Lycosidae right now.

Made some progress, went from 87-89, got most of my gems to 20/20 and vaaled them. Got to 21 on 2 of my 6-link, no real bricks. Mild ring upgrade, biggest changes left thaI can see are getting gripped glove rares.

Is the Scourge a better claw for single target dps? What should I go for if I want to improve my single target dps?

How you convert 100% phys to cold? 40% only from tree... idk
