Anyone past the newbie player stage of PoE knowledge and skill can easily casually play Legacy SSF and still get to level 90 in the normal 3 month league. I got my BF Champion to 90 on May 19th at 225 hours time and that averaged out to 2.9 hours per day (and I estimate about 25 hours of AFK time) so no 28+ hours a week playing is needed. It does require some luck and kindness from RNGesus on drops to get a 6L and a very good weapon. I got:

in gear drops to support my early Frost Blades skill drop that cemented my choice of which offensive skill to use. But no full time 24/7 playing is required to reach SSF level 90 in Legacy.

First Unique bow drop I've had that's actually even moderately useful all League. I've seen a bunch of Harbingers of various rarities, but I still feel like my DPS is lacking.
