Prob i'l leave my comment here waiting for a review on this build this league. ST is sure fun but with 3.9 content i'm not too sure. Especially with roughly 15 ex budget of mine.

I second one of the above comments. Mana sustain is impossible with the leech rate the passive tree provides. wondering what the best fix is.

This is my thoughts exactly.... I LOVE st, it does great clear and prty dang good single target. But.... with metamorph league lol, idk if i want to swap slower proj in and get right up in their face and try to tank them.

Mana leech works just fine. Never had an issue.

How bad did ST get hit in metamroph? Did anyone try it against the new bosses yet? Can't be that much worse

Lots of ppl talking to me about ST in metamorph. Not doing build myself (as of yet) but with the point blank nerf, huge hp increase to bosses and such and how rippy metamorphs are, having to get right up in their face with slower proj doesn't seem like the greatest idea....

That being said i would assume overall build has not change a huge amount. Some minor buffs last few leagues, and then minor nerfs this league. Would just try to stay safe :)

Nothing has changed with leech, i don't know what to tell you. Maybe it is how you are playing?

Is loreweave still the chest to go or is it Belly of the beast again?

made it to 86 so far, builds pretty fun, still a lot of work to do, my hp is pretty low (4k).

Hard to say, belly is probably tankiest option, though might have to look into a nice elder rare with 140+ life, 8%+ life and the attacks have % crit.

Loreweave a lot of ppl are turned off against now cuz of the nerfs some leagues ago, but its still super strong.

HP + Attributes give it like 70-80 life

+ 78 max all res which is huge

+ crit

+ ele dmg

it is still prty damn good.
