By this point in his first term, former president Barack Obama had 120 people nominated and just 54 confirmed

So, democrats might be slowing down nominations (specially ones such Betsy DeVos), but can Donald put the blame solely on democrats? He is not nominating people and is having trouble in handing over necessary paperwork.

Some people talked before a few days ago about "the deep state" *Boooo*.

They are calling Obama hold overs "deep state", when all they need to do is nominate replacements and fire them ._.
