I'm not relying at all on degen anyway, I'm relying on the "20% of Physical Damage gained as Extra Chaos damage against bleeding enemies". I don't really care about other degens and since any attack have 30% to inflict bleeding and that you should have over 8 aps it's fine. I have 5 ex and the following gear, what does my upgrade path look like to switch over to The Scourge build? I was gonna keep the boots but I think my gems are trash. I'd appreciate any help, thanks :) Skill tree, it's pretty much exactly the budget CI tree.
