Do you think I can use Devoto's Devotion with 1 additional barrage projectile as a budget option? Rat's nest and Starkonja are around 30 ex which i cannot afford...

Current gear, made the switch to tombfist, dps went up with a big bunch but god damn do I feel slow now lol |
