Thanks for reporting, I'm sorry it happened again.
This is due to the file encoding. Will be fixed on BETA_12, which will also contain support for Thai language.
Meanwhile, you can use 1.12.BETA_11 source and change the file encoding manually:

• Download Notepad++
• Right click on POE Trades Companion.ahk and choose "Edit using Notepad++".
• On the toolbar, click "Encoding" and pick "Encode in UTF-8-BOM.
• Save your changes to the file using CTRL+S or File > Save.
• Run the file POE Trades Companion.ahk

Thanks for the excellent tool,trade in POE is easier and more comfortable!

Today I have updated to the latest version(V1.12 beta 12),but when i run it , comes out : couldn't get button's font??

then I download the source and install the fonts in ..\Resources\Fonts, still don't work

Please tell me how to resolve this problem. Thank you very much.


PS. I come from China,do you think the system font will be the reason for it?

what's more, is it possible for you to cancel the autoupdate ? because i can't use the Beta 11 version either.

Switch the Font to another one ( Fontin SmallCaps comes this error "couldn't get button's font!" )

edit2: ok, i put the "Fontin Smallcaps.tff" in the "C:\Windows\Fonts" and restart the pc, this fix the problem

No issue on my end with the Fontin Smallcaps font, and I haven't made any recent change to it either. I'll take a look right away.

Guidelines to disable auto updating are available from the FAQ, right here.

Also get "couldn't get button's font!" error with the latest update, no matter which font I use.
Changed back to the previous release. Everything's fine there.

Also PoE Skin didn't show the correct skin for the small buttons after the error messages. Maybe thats related?
