which is dirt cheap in Legacy

You loose 5% dex, but you gain a lot of defense, with Ametyst(?) Flask and Purity of Ice you can easily get 3k Evasion (not sure if that increase even works globally), free Arctic Armor (even when linked) and free Phase Acrobatics (that's a lot of skill points spared, especially with the downside to Acrobatics)

Other good alternatives (no dex though), that were cheap everywhere I looked:

One thing that is always scary For Evasion is that one big hit you do not evade (since you usually have less mitigation and life) Kintsugi deals with that by taking off flat 20% damage)

This is one of the best generall purpose Evasion Armors in the entire game, and you can get it for 1 Alch! The movespeed is really great for quick clears.

Another potential improvement to the Build: Start Marauder

A high Life Evasion build is easier to level and Iron Grip makes great use of the Strength.

Also Chieftain has some great Totem passives, including Life Leech transfer.

Tooltip damage is useless, especiel with poison build. Use Path of Building.

Considering all the fun tools we got by now (perfect form, cyclopean coil, garukhan's flight, elder and shaper items), is there any possibility for this build to get an update?

Also, is it a decent option to turn it into a 100% fire version with signal fire and avatar of fire?

With the new Hierophant changes, is this build gonna get an update?
