Someone can tell how i can get higher than 80% critical chance with this build? ive follower every step on this guide, but my crit chance is 34% and with 6 charges is about 80%. idk why.

" hello. yes trickster will be good on a budget. all you need is the weapon, the chest and essence of horror gloves. the chest only needs to be five linked. You don't need the amulet until higher tier maps.
