Yes, In fact I could argue that Quill rain is also better than a +3 bow. While you get more damage output with a +3 bow with Quill rain you get to attack faster. You get to stack more arrows and you get to blink out of danger faster!

I'm thinking of following this guide for next league. This league I was clearing t13 maps and would like to understand what mandatory gear you feel is needed to be able to clear t13 maps. My end goal would be to farm the gear to make this t16 viable but want to check if it's viable early maps with low gear.

Yeah sure. Take the tree that is easiest to level for convenience. Check the leveling section. You want a 4 link in act 4 merciles to farm Dried lake. With a 5 link you can already do maps like T13. Tabula is a good starter option. Someone on this thread said he was running T15 with a tabula. You can also use a 5 link chest in the beginning.

The EA gem must be as high as possible! This is the single most important thing. You can use Hyrri's bite quiver in the beginning if you have dex problems. As far as gear goes try to get Ngamahu tiki, maybe winds of change. Later on maybe Doryani's invitation when it gets cheap. All gear can be rare. Try to get some accuracy rating on gear maybe.

Then slowly towards the end game gear.

Is this build would be good as starter for the Breach league? Cuz i wanna play bow build but dunno which one to chose. Also seems like that this league would be more bow build oriented.

Short Answer: Yes.

Currently testing this in standard. I like it a lot however i am having issues with life regen. I can't seem to keep up with such high APS. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I dropped flame golem for stone and still struggle... *went with more dps variant tree*

Well To be honest I think the other version is friendlier for leveling. Yes the regen is kinda important. That's why we want to have as big as possible life pool as well as taking life regen nodes.

You should actually use 2 golems. What level are you and how much regen do you have and how many links you use in your setup?

My profie is public. My character name is ClearspeedMIA. This is a respeced character lvl 75. So i didn't have to level it. If you wouldnt mind check my gear and links and any criticism will be welcomed. Im using 2 6link quills for ez weapon swap for single target. Thank you again for your help :)
