GGG is aware of the issue and are working on a fix. Unfortunately, this seems like it is one of the harder ones to track down and fix. I know it sucks to keep losing your runs, but they are working on it.
At one point, they did want to know what gateway people were on when this happens. That may prove useful information for them as well and is worth posting.
