It took WAY too many attempts to get something like this, but I finally did it. I'm too currency poor to really craft the prefixes any better than this so I'm gonna have to live with that leech and mid tier flat damage, but oh well. Nobody else is making these. When 3.0 hits, I'm gonna make a build, it'll get popular and I'm gonna tell people this is core and sell all my shitty ones. I'm calling it. " Honestly there isn't really a good enough reason to justify crafting block pen onto a weapon, at least in my opinion. It's a prefix, so on most weapons it's taking away either hybrid phys, bleed on hit or an elemental damage mod. I used to have a meh 300 pDPS dagger with block pen crafted on it that I used for a swap-out against aegis builds and for Grandmasters. The mod only applies to block chance, unlike the block pen support which applies to dodge, and it's only 15%. Aegis isn't really that popular anymore since everyone seems to enjoy offscreening with projectiles, so it's hard to justify it unless you want it as a swap-out. Though I'd personally prefer bleed by a mile. There are probably a few niche builds that it's good for, but I don't know. |
