Don't get me wrong, burning would be sweet but the damage is already crazy. I would've also kept 55int/t1 crit spell (EO)/t1 chaos res and other things...

With eternals being 45-50ex a piece I'm not exactly about to spend 1k ex for 23% more burning damage :D

I also like mana regen for 2 reasons:

1. MoM

2. The introduction of Efficacy and taking the place of Rapid Decay/Swift Affliction, the mana cost goes up so this helps counteract the mana cost going up and being able to do Scorching Ray endlessly on bosses/hogm
