I felt like the old one was outdated. Used 50-60 serrated/pristine fossils. This combo rolled once and saved it with 2 annuls, first hit the 1% life regen and second annul hit the +46 flat mana to bring lvl requirement down to 28. Pretty excited considering the ilvl 100 base!
