you can say that again, because that would mean it'll be better than the +5% res shield... and can be used anytime.

edit, well situational, a bunch of people wouldn't see it good in merciless due to you staying at "low hp" marker (bouncing actually).

Then I think you don't know about the builds that actually dual-wield wands and use the physical damage rather than spell damage...

There are great passives that support physical damage with wands.

Of course I know about them. I know that a good physical wand would have at least +200% physical damage, plus other assorted bonuses like crit chance or crit damage. This wand is sorely lacking in those bonuses.

Anyone know if this is a diamond creation?

Glorious. Time to burn things with Righteous Fire.

Facelicker: Springleaf is not a diamond unique.

Wow. I've totally been trying to brainstorm ways of counteracting Righteous Fire's seemingly fatal condition.

This is a start.

I can see other things than righteous fire for this shield ;)
