I'm curious on why is this an unique ? It is very possible to have a rare amulet with these exact same stat or even better. Maybe that's the lvl 8 requirement ?

Edit: Ok that much evasion is not possible on a rare but not by much still

It's pretty good for a low level item. Useful for twinking lowbies (due to high values of particularly added fire damage, evasion, accuracy). That said, for any other purpose it really doesn't have any use/value.

You can find the througout the game but the probability is higher in greater levels.

btw:
Interesting combination is the one for volls armor and volls maul.

one gives you advantages on critical strikes, the other one prevents crititcal strikes. I would never combine them.

When do uniques start appearing? Where did you get your first unique?
