I guess when all your diamond supports play ranged specs and design items they'd like to own for their build its to be expected i guess. Oh well, POE just died anyway. |

IF you can hold 8 stacks of powercharges it is 8 x 25% = 200% -80% = 120% ISD.
Dont forget that this unique gives one max-powercharge also, means possible 50% increased critchance also. That all just depends if you want to play the "dont let the stack runs out game". If you like it, i think it is a powerful unique |

i reckon you should buy it fresh if you need it, people dont yet understand how the reduced mechanic works, with 8 charges the wand does 136 spelldmg, 140% if you roll the implicit to 20%,
