If someone were to try and make it endgame viable, then the only build would be a dw claw with this on the offhand and a big beefy claw on the mainhand using Lightning Strike, and then some kind of Shavronne's/lowlife setup with ES and Ghost Reaver.
Also the art looks amazing.
Anyway, two to go!
