Dont you just hate it when you are about to go to sleep because its 5.30am, but then you notice that they are applying new patch and you have to be up for another 1-2 hours to see the new uniques.

That ammy is mighty fine for cross class builds, especially as they level. Simple example is a marauder trying to use heavily linked bow skills!
Not my favorite unique, but it certainly has some verrrry useful uses. |

The problem with uniques like that is that, while they're not bad, they're competing with other items that go in that slot that are much, much better.
