It is all about the dodge percent with max amoung of frency charges (7) you get 14% dodge chance which is extra defensive stat which works different than evade. With dodge passives and these boots on max charges you can have about 43% dodge chance together with evade and trust me 43% is quite the number paired together with evade heck even the 14% dodge alone increases your survivability by 14% percent those boots aint all about speed.
Except that max frenzy charges with this boots can reach 8 increasing move speed to 40% and dodge to 16% - some1 forgot bandits reward :)

Silverbranch was slighly changed in one of the recent patches, but they left the old versions of it as they were. The legacy tab shows those old versions of the unique

The Silverbranch change was just going from the original +2 to Bow Gems to a +1 bonus, right? Did they change anything else about it?

Currently thinking about various ways to further enhance the 1h as 2h deal...
perhaps allow a new unique onehander to spawn with inherent 4 or even 5 sockets.
other stats should be adjusted accordingly so it wont be a must-have 1-h weapon for every melee build or so. and to prevent abuse for spellcasters have it some big penalties for spell damage/cast speed etc.
would be nice to have more socketing options for dual-wielders, who are penalized if they want to use kaoms armor.

Noone would use two twohanders...... chests give just too much armor/evasion/hp/resists compared to damage since melees already gaveenough damage and not enough survivability.
