i expalained what is going on forum-wise with "some" of the multi posts. the server brings up a blank page and people thing the post didn't go through (when it did) and when they refresh and browser tells them if they want to resubmit in order TO refresh, the extra post happens.

fo reals? Could've sworn my PA duelist specced into that cluster was getting 15-second frenzy charges. Sadly wasted his full respec on a poorly thought out wander build or else I'd be able to double check.
