New boots:
Darkay vector, Dragonscale Boots +30% lightning res 5% MS per frenzy charges +1 Max frensy charge 75% reduced Frenzy charge duration 25% reduced light radius 2% to dodge per frenzycharge Lvl req 65, 62str 62 dex |

you can now have a max of 8 frenzy charges thanks to the boots. 40% movement speed, 16% dodge (+30% via acrobatics), but charges last between 25% to 61% as long as they used to (depending on passives).
