saffel's frame isn't useless XD, its mrore overall and balanced in res so it can work for most other builds or just plain defense vs spells and elements.

Question... heartbreaker dagger gives culling strike to spells... so they don't have to be in that particular item right? Also, would culling strike from the dagger work for sparks in a dual totem build? Thanks.
