I hope those damage mods just have a wide range. I have a level 30 weapon better than this garbage.

Also this level 28 claw has 152 dps PURE PHYSICAL.
That unique only has 172.7

edit: Dual wielding these with Dual Strike, Life Leech gem, Blood Rage, Warlord's Mark, and Blood Drinker node gives 41%+ Life Leech instantly. Could be quite fun.
