Don't quote me on this, but since the +Gem Level is local I don't think you'd lose it.

This is correct.if you were to use necromatic aegis, the minions keep the +2 minion skill socket in the shield, you lose the + mana, they gain the 10% of auras on them, their minions would also gain the 10% if they had any. And all minons spread tar on crit.

I kinda regret not putting +12% all resists or something on there but it is not really needed.
