Can we loot Shavronne in the docks as it is a lvl 62 item or do we need to be in higher lvl zone like lvl 70 map or so ?
I have drop many orange during my game time but none high lvl one. thx Can someone explain real quick how the drop table for monster work or direct me to a thrad that does, because it happen often to me looting lvl 30 item in the dock I'am like "wtf is this item doing here". |

" I can tell that you've never ran CI before, this chest is not OP and I must be missing something if you truly believe this. My chest trumps that and the fact that you get 100% Chaos resistance means that that chest cannot be compared to CI. Good luck getting chaos resistance anywhere near that high otherwise. I'm sure that chest is good for Low Life builds, as someone pointed out, but you most likely won't be running that in HC. " I still think this chest is significantly stronger than CI, even if you do sacrifice some defenses for it. However, it's nowhere near as bad as some people claim. I think CI needs a slight buff regardless, perhaps by making freeze/chill/shock/burning calculation based on ES for people with CI. As for the chest itself, I think it's in line with other strong uniques such as Lioneye's and Kaom's. |

" CI makes you immune to the damage from Blood Rage so it's basically a free casting spell with no negatives. That chest will not make you immune to the chaos damage. Can someone please explain to me why you believe this is really that OP? I believe it's a good chest, one of the better uniques, but no to be considered OP on all levels. IGN: Xilfie
