Wow, very nice. I'm quite certain that is a diamond unique, I recall a guy in chat some time ago saying he was going to design a cold staff to complement the Searing Touch.

thats somewhat stronger than a "compliment". it has a higher total damage increase. also the increased damage to frozen foes will function as a weaker shocked status, and is actually a multiplier in damage. unless the devs have internalized (cause happen as you cast and not on hit) this buff vs shocked status.

also 5% more block chance than searing touch but thats just a silly plus =p.

OMG...I need that staff! Enjoyed Searing Touch, but this one looks even better!
Tho the new shield is awful. Have seen even better under lvl 70 magic shields, lol.

20% increased, is not 20% more. That's gonna be a somewhat disappointing stat :>

That just leaves 1 undiscovered item. Are we certain it's Neokolzia's shield? Or is it possible that we should be looking for a different item, a map perhaps?

Edit: Could the new staff be the creation of this guy?
