" No, because: 1. You'd be dual wielding claws/daggers to get the block effect and wouldn't be able to activate tempest shield as it requires a shield 2. The block effect refers to the "parrying" block when you attack a unit that is attacking you, not the shield block, which is different. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. |

I think I'll go with a CI + Dual Sanguine + Carnage Heart build. A bit less ES but maximum leech!
