RF degenerates 90% of your maximum life per second as fire damage. You can mitigate that with your fire resistance so be sure to cap it at 75%. Because you are taking life damage and are not at full life Agnostic is expending 20% of mana per second to bring you to full life. Your mana regeneration must not be high enough to compensate. This is the vanilla answer. If you share your PoB then we can check if some other interaction is causing the issue.

I found this mini gear guide really helpful and i bought an arcane cloak helmet and a vise, a mana recovery belt and a cinderurn which helped a lot. Your watcher eye is bad aswell you need to make sure to have damage taken from mana before life while effected by clarity on it.. crit while effected by wrath ? whats that for ? you need like 10-15% crit tbh it doesnt even matter.
your wand is fine but needs upgrade get something like this (wand version ofc if you prefer wand with wrath effect since you use wrath or exposure on hit if you dont wanna have it on your cluster jewel... light pen would work too)

get a ring with curse conductivity on hit life mana and mana regen on it

you guys gotta trust agnostic/cinderswallow more i dont even use life flask ... get a defensive flask aswell drop onslaught one and get

your cinderswallow is already giving you onslaught
why do you need holy dominion looks like a wasted talent point to me
if you wanna use abys jewel atleast make sure it got life mana and phasing on kill
these should keep you occupied for a time

The way i got mine i crafted a ring with 10% increased implicit base then after gotten the right stats made sure in craftofexile to how to get the right curse which was crusader influence then i used my crafting bench to block other possible crafting results then used a crusade orb i had with 30 to 60% chance to get it with curse on hit 20% increased effect or 33% which i got lucky and got the good one you can try it if you wish
