The core problem with this build however is that it is way too squishy, on most ultimatums t14+ chiseled and alched maps it is really fucking hard to survive, by the time I'm on the 4-5th wave I am getting one shot by mobs.

If you look at my build I am not using vaal righteous fire or RF at all as when I was using RF+ The Agnostic I would run out of mana so quickly, I'm not sure if its playing its wrong or not.

I have 71 deaths with this build already and I'm not the best player but I don't think I'm terrible either.

Can you give me any tips on what would help?

Else, try to kite them around the edge of the circle, DON't backtrack ever, i wait for arcane cloak cd, pop it and cast a couple arcs, after that i circle again.

edit: everything that you roll, that reduce your avoidance/tank, e.g. -block and -evade are a pain too. Especially when combined with +damage mods

You're still using heartbreaker, I feel like it's a weapon to go through white maybe yellow maps. Look for a weapon with 100+ (ideally 150+) mana and good spell damage.
Try to get a CoD and crown of the inward eye.
Try to get the proper enchant on your boots. Mana regen will boost your damage and survivability aswell.
Get a lvl 21 arc.

That should give you stuff to work for

On a sidenote, fix your flasks.
