Isn't elementalist now better choice for this build?

Liege of the Primordial and Elemancer with chaos, lightning and (flame or ice golem depends on going crit or no crit) is nuts, we have 100% ailments imunnity and from now autorecast dead golem each 4 sec + inc buffs. So we have quite good phys def from chaos. +75% inc dmg for 3 golems.

Mastermind of Discord and Heart of Destruction: -25% ele res + 30% more dmg to bosses, which is a buff this build needs. There is also possibility to go Shaper of Storms if shock is a thing, it can be better than Heart of Destruciton, somebody have to PoBit.

Overally i think Elementalist is better option for lot of self-casted builds.

yes elementalist and he starts to change the build after the patch notes are out

Is this build supposed to be playable in SSFHC ?
I am trying it since it seems good in this league, but i'm not sure it's enough tanky for HC, especially for bosses.

Its a really good build up through yellow maps. Its really good at clearing. The single damage is strong. The defenses (when I last played it) are not great. A better pilot than me, or a smarter player than me could make it work I'm sure. But if you have old man reaction speeds and are just picking the build up, probably not a great choice for HC.

I think this could definitely be viable for regular HC, but SSF I wouldn't recommend.

Any idea to use the new skill gem Hydrosphere into this build ? :)

There's absolutely no references to Arc in the patch notes, so mind explaining where you got that from? Besides out of thin air?

Guys, this build lose a lot - 20% mana and 50% increased damage.

Necro Archmage - DEAD.

Scion lose 6% penetrate.
Hierophant get some buffs.

Dont sure about Elementalist.
