I just got the Three Dragon Helm to help me level quicker but I'm unsure which penetration gem I should use. Should I use lightning still or should I use cold?

Does my arc still do lightning damage only that it can't shock and now freezes instead? That seems correct to me but I'm not sure.

The Vinktar Seems ok but only after you spec into Vaal Pact, before that i wouldnt use it becouse of the cost of it. You can always go with Atziri flask for a bit of survaivability and additional leech.
Also for me when iam playing as Inquisitor i had fortify linked with whirling blades, the buff that grants additional phys mitigation? - yes please!
You want to attack mobs with WB anyways for the Cast speed buff from INQ tree.

Hi I am running this build as Scion Ascendant...
Can you shed some light on the specialisation?

Does not Inquisitor's consecrated ground and vaal pact negate each other?
Hence the former adds life regen but latter clears all regen effects?

@crazytrain334: I've checked your gear, you're missing quite alot of life, especially for using Tabula.
You don't have all life nodes yet, and your jewels don't have life either. If you change these things you'll get a great survivability boost.

@alucardtheotaku: Yes, Call of the Brotherhood should be your first big investment. Until then, you can substitute it with Three Dragons to freeze stuff.

@jeslun: Lightning Pen with Three Dragons. You still deal 100% lightning dmg with the helmet, it just freezes instead of shock.

@zegri: That's true, haven't actually thought about that. YOu still gain all the other benefits though, and your party members get healed on your Consecrated Ground, if you play in party.

yea enki i know all that but i cant deal with what i dont have i dont know how to make good jewls and buying them are expensive i dont have alot of currancy right now im still learning poe so yea thanks enkii know im missing alot im trying to gear my self out like all the gear you have in the guide but its not easy

Are you using poe.trade? It's one of the best resources in the game (well, not in the game, but you basically HAVE to use it to get gear :< ). If you are on standard I can lend you some currency to buy some items. Just msg me

yea i use poe trade i just dont know how to use it to find rare gear for my char i just use it to find unis i need and so on

Any other idea if not going the inquisitor route (due to consecrated ground/vaal pact) with Scion Ascendant?

What enchants are most desirable?

For head I guess the +2 chains to arc but what about gloves and boots?

Is void battery the best weapon to aim for? Or rather go for some high end wands?
