+prefix spell damage and non-chaos damage. this staff will be better than ?

In SSF, and just corrupted a +2 duration gems Tabula -- neat, that counts for Vaal Arc! Am I crazy for using this over a 6L with 133 ES and minimal stats? How big a deal are extra Arc levels if they don't add a chain?

Hello, yet another “what should I improve next?” Post!

1) I just realized I havent been using WoC so ignore that, I’m not smart
2) need a focus ring
3) chaos res at -40 is rough
4) Life at ~4K and es at ~1.2k seems too low for starting red maps
5)I have about 2ex banked.
6) ideally would like to get past Sirus and beyond

Everything is sold now, I would've like to pushed it to its limit this league since it's pretty strong but I'm too dumb to craft my own stuff.

Can someone help me out here? When he says

Does he mean to replace added lightning damage support or inspiration?

2x scepters will be a better choice than 6x staff ?
