I need you to provide me a link to search results page with weapon DPS calculated wrongly.

The problem is not the DPS calculation per se, but the "normalize quality" option. For a weapon with 0% quality you appear to just multiply its DPS by 1.2. The resulting value is higher, than what you would actually get from applying whetstones. You can find the correct formula here: http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Quality#Weapons

This dagger does 52-213 per hit and the "normalized" damage shows as 62.4-255.6

There's no option now but I'm going to add it to the control panel.
