@zelai i believe u can get upgrade to the following but will cost you more currency.
Gloves to maligaros - will increase dps and extra enchant is good if u can sustain use resistance Right ring and amulet- more life will be very usefull Quiver - yes signal fire by far the best Boots - alot of chance to get more dps from enchant Helm - if u can get 2 barrage is very good if your using barrage Chest - wow you have nice 6L men, have nothing to say!!!! But my experienced lightning coil wether normal or legacy is by far make my skin very thick from physical damage since elemental resist is capped. Thats it for now i guest. 3.5k hp still low for me so by upgrading some gears will gain you more HP but seeing your gears such an achievement men. Keep up men great work. |

In case anyone is playing the scion LA/BA build and finding themselves dying a bit too often, I hope i can provide some assistance. I'm currently lv 74 with 3.9k Life and cleared a tier 8 map no problem just now.
I changed some of the equipment suggested such as the chest-piece that offers a lot of protection and nice health and resist. Also chose the helm as if you are low you should prioritize not dying to dealing damage. Prioritize getting evasion gear, it may cost a lot of chromatic to get the correct sockets but the evasion really helps, i'm currently at 50%. You should also need to get a good amount of life on every piece of gear you can, the build really lacks it, I would prioritize it over the offensive stats in the build. Around level 70 it was beneficial for me to respec out of some of the damage and crit nodes obtained earlier, to beeline for more health, the damage is still fine and more health is needed. I also picked up more life leech nodes on the tree, helping me ramp back up in health quickly when I cant survive my moving. Clarified as barrage tooltip dps is per arrow, thus barrage was doing much more damage per second with only 4 arrows no enchants. This is my current skilltree at level 74, next up after obtaining the remaining life, is respeccing into the damage nodes that were removed, then obtaining frenzy buffs to contribute towards frenzy damage. When enough damage is gained, start removing mana leech and life leech nodes 1 by 1 and assign the points into the ranger life and evasion when ascended. https://www.pathofexile.com/fullscreen-passive-skill-tree/3.0.0/AAAABAABAQOWBS0FtQiJDY0PqxEvEYEWvyF2Iuoj0yP2JIsk_SaVKjgwfDH6MgE2PTnUOyhDMUp9TP9Nkk4qUUdVS1b6W69fsGBDYeJirGOnZU1noGyMbj1vJ2-ecFJ07XXLdf1293cHd9d4-Xrvft1_K4MJhG-ExYbOhxOHdonTjDaNfY1-jbmNv5UFmmqa8Zsmm7WcpJ2qoJ-yGbVIvTa-p8EzwUnDOsjcykrNmM961CPUQtrB3Ubjn-dU6NbqYutj_W7-Hf_e Hope this helps, Good luck and have fun. BTW its a lot more fun then frostbolt totems. Zuletzt bearbeitet von Oshimodo#0526 um 12.08.2017, 11:39:54

" -Bow + Helmet can stay for now, those are looking good -Quiver is very mediocre, signal fire (for conversion) is the best. Drillneck or even Blackgleam are very cheap upgrades though. - gloves are ok for capping resists. At some point you want more dmg - you got two cheap options there. A) thunderfist as another setup (for barrage or blast rain) - no flat life but a 5.5-link. B) rare gloves with attack speed, preferably gripped gloves (because of the implicit). belt: I'd replace it with a rare belt (similar res. just extra life roll). You can choose between rustic/leather belt as the more offensive/defensive base. jewellery: ammu is ok - bless it and craft flat phys on it. You don't need accuracy with lioneye's glare (your otherwise ok-ish breach ring becomes worthless - replace it with something else if you want to stick with LoG for a while). On a side note: I'd look more into the links - those aren't really optimal as of now. You need much more crit (I hate inc. crit gems, but there's little way around it). If you choose PTL (conversion) in your links, you need to attach WED onto it and convert the other 50% with blackgleam/signal fire (or at least take the cold dmg nodes). I'd replace PPAD, because it tends to underperform in a conversion setup. Something like TS-GMP-PTL-WED-IncCrit with blackgleam / signal fire should give you a lot of dmg and consistency. |

" Thank you for clearing that up, I did not know it was per arrow, with this in mind even without a +1 or +2 barrage enchant, barrage is doing 13k per arrow, 4 arrows, so 52k, frenzy was dealing around 35k with 3 frenzy charges. I shall edit my post above to clear this up, out of interest, how would I go about increasing damage more, I have tried to craft a harbinger and have a good 5 link 50% high level base, and have gotten tyrannical 166% increased physical damage, but even with that and 8.5% crit it wasn't doing more damage then lioneye's glare. Unless I have to roll both tyrannical + attack speed or physical damage + craft crit? |

Did the jewel section get outdated? Based on ladder leaders and Neversink's current Scion run, people appear to be running Lionseye Fall with Soul Raker again while the jewel section indicates Lionseye Fall is "not worth".

In case it can help some folks here is my stuff/build.
Just upgraded my gear with a near perfect Lioneye's Glare, still running crappy gem setups, got 4.7k life. Tree with jewels can be found here. I'm not a huge fan of Lioneye's Fall but didn't test accurately. I think a jewel slot can be worth more than that but I may be wrong. Also my rings/amulet haven't been changed yet, you could look for better ones with +x-x to physical damage or more crit. The belt is also crappy but I need to refarm currencies atm. Maps are easy, you can run almost everything except no leech mods maps. I've kept the unique quest jewel for the pierce on LA but I might just add a pierce support to LA and swap to a pure DPS jewel. I bought a blackgleam and will buy a signal fire as my next item. i redid the links in my bow and gained like a 10% increase in the dmg tooltip for tornado. Also banked the breach ring for whenever i end up ditching the lioneye and got a ring to cap my resists (my old quiver had resistances). I dont understand the point about the belt , since mine has like 30str that sort of counts like a life roll doesnt it? I will tackle a new pair of gloves once i recover some currency since the signal fire will drain me, i cant really even afford it right now but hopefully will in the next few days. Thanks a lot for your input. |

" No, you're right, 30 Str = + 15 to maximum life - I wasn't clear enough there. I was talking about something like a rustic with 80+ life or a leatherbelt with 110+. |

Wanting to get people's opinion on this gem-setup:
TS + GMP + PPAD + Damage on Full Life + PtL + Elemental Damage with attacks We can now use Damage on Full Life for a nice more multiplier. I do see the disadvantage of losing it when you take damage, but with dodge and Vaal Pact, should be able to stay topped up on life. Also, with 37.8% crit with an effective crit chance of 71% with lucky, Path of Building is saying that the best gems to fill in from TS + GMP + PPAD + PtL + EDwA is Slower Proj > Crit Dmg > Added Fire > Pierce > Inc Crit Stikes. Am I missing something because inc crit strikes doesn't seem that good. And when I upgrade the gems in PoB to 20/20, it gets outshone by Added Lightning and Faster Attacks. |

SNAKEBITE Gloves are any good for this build-1 raider option?
