lvl 84 decently equipped ranger here, should I just go with the augmented skill tree?

Damn... finally found a decent guide - and update apparently broke all the skill trees (out of date) - especially the sub 70 point ones.

" You could head over to https://github.com/EmmittJ/PoESkillTree/releases and download the skill tree planner, then paste in the old links at the bottom and click load tree. It should work with "old" 2.1 trees. |

How many respec points does it cost to go from leveling tree (up until 85) to the augmented?
does it make such a big diff? |

IS the scion better than the ranger using tornado shot ? Or is he talking about taking the scion ascendency build ?
