+1 srrow quiver - +20% more DPS

Yes pcoc can be changed. +arrow quiver must be really expensive with crit and crit multi and life in wb.
Anyway,i would sell daresso and get a res chest. Then i would have more flexibility. Rat's nest is a must for harbinger.

with this 321 pDPS bow I get 38k Split dps only with buffs and golems. I've been wondering how much would be the increase if I'd get a 400+ pDPS bow.

Can someone give me advice on what to upgrade? In terms of gear and gems.

You are propably right to lose daresso and get another good res+life 6Link.
I wouldnt call PCoC useless, it is lazy man choice. I got 4 Power Charges which gives me around 87-88% crit. With good rats nest it can be almost cap. What other options instead of PCoC: WED or crit multi. I am afraid of crit multi, I might start 1shoting myself on reflect mobs. I passed 42k TS and 105k on frenzy (that is without atziri flask or vaal haste).

Also got myself a crazy jevel which greatly boosted my dps

Yes pcoc is a wasted slot i agree. With vaal pact there are no oneshots. I'm ok with acuity blood rage and 0.4% leech. And i use crit multi on SA. Just don't put crit multi on frenzy.
And i really have to start using jewels..
Edit: Misread what you said for pcoc. As others said,use herald of ice for charges. The replacement gem is up to you,see what's best.

So what do you think? I should upgrade? I got 59k SA chain with all 7 frenzy charges up and ice golem. Also 5k hp. I'm trying to see if it's worth the investment since I got nothing else to invest atm, my other gear is pretty gg except for the bow.

Your tips are golden. Removed culling strike+item rarity from golem and added CoH+HoI+Assasins Mark+Enhance for additional 8%quality. Also replaced PCoC for Crit multi and passed 53k dps on Tornado Shot with 4 power charges :)
Gonna put backup increased crit damage gem on Frenzy and look for decent 6L and Rats nest tomorrow propably.
